Recognizing that litigation is just one part of a larger business strategy, we evaluate early exit options to minimize costs, including dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, and settlement, as well as third-party indemnification and insurance coverage.

The Litigation Department is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our 4th to 6th year associate class.

Associate Base Salary

Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
